Who We Are
The Trusted Base team is pleased to have
the opportunity to work with the Department of State on the
HITSS contract.
Trusted Base has very carefully chosen its teaming partners, companies that
have sound past performance records and capabilities that complement ours.
The team is comprised of the Trusted Base joint venture, Maryn Consulting,
TWD, and Perot Systems Government Services, enabling us to provide the broad
array of services required by A/EX/IRM:

Trusted Base,
an 8(a) joint venture,
which is comprised of
Trusted Mission
Solutions Inc. (“TMS”), a woman-owned 8(a) firm, and
Base Technologies, Inc.
(“BTI”), a veteran/minority owned IT services provider, offers infrastructure support,
software/system engineering, and information security services. TMS has
worked closely with our JV partner, BTI, since 2004 under an SBA mentor-protégé agreement and as teaming partners on several contracts. Both have
Department of State (DOS) past performance, and offer an array of services
that cover the HITSS requirements. TMS has been appraised at
SEI CMMI Level 3 and BTI has an ISO 9001:2000 certification. Our
mentor-protégé relationship enables TMS to offer the flexibility and
responsiveness of a small business, while being able to leverage the
infrastructure and resources of a large business, for the benefit of our
clients. As a result, the Joint Venture is based on a proven relationship
and enables us to offer the Department of State a solid prime contractor.

Perot Systems Government
Services,
which specializes in international standards compliance services, offers a
wide array of IT support services, is ISO 9001:2000 and SEI CMM Level 3
certified, and has worked with the State Department IRM organization to
provide SEI CMM compliance services.

TWD,
an employee-owned IT
services provider, has niche capabilities in multi-media broadcasting and
telecommunications services, and also has an excellent past performance
track record with the State Department. TWD &
Associates

Maryn Consulting,
a HUB-Zone certified small business, specializes in software engineering,
including configuration management, testing, JAD facilitation, and the RAD
development methodology.

As a team, we have past performance
experience in every single Statement of Work and Sample Task Order area,
offering the State Department broad and deep capabilities ranging from
database experience managing one of the world’s largest database systems for
the U.S. Customs Border Protection to multi-media broadcasting expertise
gained from supporting the White House.
In addition, Trusted Base, through BTI, has
a strategic partnership with Dell, serving as a Dell Mid-Market Partner;
this enables Trusted Base to enjoy discounted prices on all Dell products as well
as to have access to a dedicated Dell Account Team, enabling us to
acquire rapid and thorough quotations on hardware and software, tracking of
product purchases and deliveries, and expedited invoicing. BTI is also a
Microsoft Certified Partner.
